20 May Xcel Energy upgrades substations in New Mexico

LEESBURG, Fla. – May 19, 2020 – To support Xcel Energy’s “Power for the Plains” project, Energy Erectors Inc. announced that it has completed a 115/12.47kV substation in Artesia, N.M., which is one in a series of substation construction projects and upgrades to help Xcel Energy’s grid reliability in New Mexico, Texas and Oklahoma.
